Survey - Discover the Top 3 Mental Health Challenges for Peri/menopausal Women

Managing emotional, psychological, and mental wellbeing during perimenopause can bring many challenges.

I’m conducting a short survey on women's mental health during peri/menopause as part of developing the upcoming Change 2 GLOW® Program. This online program is designed to help women move beyond not feeling like themselves, overwhelmed, anxious and constantly exhausted by uncovering a blueprint to thrive during menopause and build a practical toolkit, so that - in just 8 weeks - they reclaim their GLOW and face life’s challenges with renewed confidence and strength.

Your feedback is crucial in shaping the program content, and I’d greatly appreciate your input through this quick 2minute survey. With your consent, I’ll gladly share the findings with you once the survey is complete, along with tailored resources to help address the challenges identified.
