Eligibility and Suitability 

Mastering EMBERS® Group Coaching Programme (MEG) is an advanced clinical integration programme designed for practitioners who have completed the EMBERS® Professional Training Programme (PTP) and wish to develop greater confidence, competence and fidelity in applying the EMBERS® framework within their clinical practice.

MEG is not an automatic progression following completion of the PTP. Participation is subject to the eligibility criteria below and to the educational purpose of the programme.

By enrolling in MEG, you confirm that:

(a) Programme Completion
You have successfully completed the EMBERS® Professional Training Programme (PTP), including all required programme components.

(b) Purpose of Participation
You are joining MEG to deepen your understanding and clinical application of the EMBERS® framework, with a genuine commitment to learning, reflective practice and ongoing professional development.

(c) Respect for the EMBERS® Framework
MEG is a programme focused exclusively on the EMBERS® framework and works best when participants are fully oriented toward that shared purpose. It is not intended as a space for developing, testing or promoting alternative clinical models or commercial training programmes. You confirm that your participation is motivated by a genuine commitment to integrating the EMBERS® framework into your clinical practice, and that you will not use the programme as a vehicle for advancing independent commercial interests in the same field.

(d) Professional Conduct
You agree to participate in a manner that supports the educational aims of the programme and contributes to a respectful, collaborative learning environment. Professional discussion, critical thinking and constructive questioning are actively encouraged as part of the learning process.

(e) Confidentiality
You acknowledge that MEG may include discussion of evolving clinical thinking, unpublished educational material, emerging resources and advanced applications of the EMBERS® framework. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of these discussions and not to reproduce, distribute or incorporate unpublished MEG content into external teaching, training or commercial programmes without prior written permission from Menopause CBT Clinic®.

(f) Programme Integrity
MEG works best when everyone in the group is pulling in the same direction. In the rare circumstance that a participant's continued involvement would significantly conflict with the purpose or integrity of the programme, or with the learning experience of other participants, Menopause CBT Clinic® reserves the right to withdraw participation and will always seek to address any concerns directly and respectfully in the first instance.
