This free training introduces the foundations of Menopause-Informed Psychological Care (MIPC), encouraging clinicians to consider menopause as part of the wider psychological picture.

Why does this training matter?

For decades, mental health professionals have been trained to consider trauma, neurodiversity, cultural factors and physical health as part of psychological assessment.

Yet one of the most significant biological transitions in a woman's life remains largely absent from mainstream psychological training.

Menopause can influence mood, anxiety, cognition, sleep, emotional regulation.

Without understanding these changes, clinicians may miss an important part of the clinical picture.
